Asset Management & Certification Service

At Northern Valve & Fitting Company Limited, we offer a full asset management service designed to help our customers stay compliant, safe, and fully informed. Any equipment or hose assembly that undergoes pressure testing with us is assigned a unique NVFCL serial number and logged into our secure asset management system.

This system enables us to keep detailed records of each item’s test history, including pressure ratings, test parameters, and certification details. Once an item is entered into the log, it becomes part of our proactive tracking process—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

As each asset approaches the end of its certification period, our team will automatically contact the customer to arrange for retesting. We then carry out a new pressure test, issue a fresh test certificate, and update the asset’s record in our system with the new test date and next due date.

This service not only supports safety and compliance but also reduces admin time for our customers and helps avoid costly downtime or non-compliance penalties.
